What are Standard Make earrings made of?
We use home-grown flowers and gold/silver foils. These are set in resin. All hardware is stainless steel.
How can I care for my Standard Make jewellery?
Make sure to keep your SM jewellery away from harsh chemicals, oils (perfumes and lotions), showering and swimming. Store your pieces in a cool spot, out of direct sunlight. Use your SM polish cloth to gently shine up your special jewels.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 2-5 working days. Tracking will be available and sent to your email once shipped out.
We offer complimentary shipping on all NZ orders.
Does Standard Make ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship to Australia, Canada, United States & United Kingdom. Pricing will vary.
I haven’t received my order confirmation email?
If you do not receive your order confirmation email 30 minutes after purchase please contact us at email@example.com
Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
We cannot guarantee amendments or cancellations to your order, however if you have just placed an order you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you as best we can.
Can I change my shipping address?
Once an order has been placed in our system you cannot change the address under your Standard Make account. There is a small window from the time you place the order to the point it is ready to be shipped out that we can try and update the address for you.
The best way to change the address for your order is by emailing us at email@example.com and we will assist you as best we can.
Can I exchange item(s) online?
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot process any exchanges unless the item is faulty upon opening. Please shop carefully.
My item(s) is wrong, damaged or missing
Please check your items against your order confirmation. If you have received the wrong item, your item is damaged or there is an item missing, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note, all Standard make earrings are made by hand. Some earrings may have minor surface blemishes. These are not faulty and will not warrant a replacement or exchange. We always endeavour to get every pair as close to perfect as possible.
Standard Make will not process any returns or refunds if the buyer decides they do not like the product purchased once received. All Sales are final.

Standard Make will make every effort to ensure delivery of goods are on time but will not be liable to you for any loss or damage arising in any way from any delay in delivery or performance. All claims for shortage or damage during delivery must be made to the carrier within seven days of the date of delivery.
Delivery shall be made at the place indicated in the contract. Standard Make will take all reasonable steps to make delivery at the time requested by the Customer but shall not be responsible for any loss whatsoever sustained by the Customer for delay in delivery.
